Advertising will not appear on the site until the mutually agreed upon payment(s) have been made and cleared. Changes, alterations and cancellations of any advertising campaign may be subjected to additional fees and terms as determined by the site administrators. Advertising may be suspended or discontinued without notice for reasons including but not limited to non-payment, excessive complaints from site users, unacceptable or deceptive business practices as well as selling or otherwise promoting activity which knowingly exposes purchasers and/or end users of equipment to violation or other non-compliant operation as dictated by applicable Part 15 (United States) and/or IC RSS-210 (Canadian) regulations.

Advertiser Code of Ethics

The HobbyBroadcaster.net family of web sites will not knowingly accept any advertising of equipment that violates the published Part 15 regulations. Advertisers of equipment used in advanced Part 15 applications requiring special engineering beyond the capability of the novice operator or user (i.e., radiating "leaky" coax, carrier-current transmission systems or systems operating under Title 47, Part 15.221) will include adequate advisory warnings and/or disclaimers recommending professional engineering and/or installation and advising against operation which may violate applicable laws and regulations in addition to warning that the purchaser is solely responsible of any legal enforcement action taken against them as a result from the misuse of the advertised or offered product(s) and/or service(s).

Site advertisers are also expected to conform to legal, ethical and trustworthy business practices, such as those defined by the Better Business Bureau.
